Jon Skipper is our Senior Pastor. He has been the Senior Pastor of Navarre 1st for over fifteen years. Jon loves hunting, fishing, and playing his guitar. He and his beautiful wife, Julie, hope to serve the people of Navarre for many years to come.

Jonathan Skipper is our Children's Pastor. He and his wife, Nichole love teaching the children of Navarre. Nichole and Jonathan have a daughter, Joy.

Holly serves as the Worship Leader and social media director. Isaac is the Connections coordinator and leads Local Outreach. Isaac and Holly met while studying at Southeastern University. Their passion is to see more people come to know Jesus and are excited to serve at Navarre First Assembly. They have a daughter named Rose, and are currently expecting a new baby this summer.

Wayne is the senior-adults pastor and church treasurer. He and his wife Vickie have served in pastoral ministry together for 47 years.

Wayne is a U.S. Army veteran and served as a Hospice Chaplain for many years. Wayne likes to spend his time golfing and he loves supporting Vickie in her favorite pastime of spoiling the grandkids.

Patti is the office administrator and also serves as a youth leader with our middle school students. Patti runs the office and makes sure the church runs well, making her an indispensable part of Navarre 1st. Patti has a husband, Greg, and four beautiful children.

Cody serves Navarre 1st as the Youth Pastor. Cody and his wife Shannon have been deeply involved in the lives of our youth for many years and we are so happy to have him as part of the team.

Cody and Shannon have one son, Carson, and a daughter, Grace.
